RXIK Advanced Access Control Reader

Designed and manufactured within the UK, the ELITE series RX1K advanced access control reader features a user-friendly integrated keypad providing prox-and pin access. Similar to the RX1, it’s slim profile offers an easy to install and scalable solution, perfect for surface mounting directly to most plain wall finishes for both a UK or an EU electrical backbox.
With a read range of up to 10cm (4 inches) this powerfully secure and innovative reader has a beautifully clean aesthetic and features an RGB LED that can be applied to many commercial applications, e.g. colour coded access levels, migration status or mood lighting.
The RX1K access control reader is moulded using tough polycarbonate/ABS plastic and includes a shadow line backplate, a subtle design feature that makes the reader appear to float on the wall.
Interfacing
As an access control reader, the RX1K supports HID Clock/Data, Wiegand and Mifare formats allowing it to be used in a wide variety of situations. This not only allows it to be used with our Evolution access control software but also our Time & Attendance terminal range.
The combination of an integral speaker, an RGB LED, three control inputs and a variety of LED/buzzer/external control options provide a flexible platform to give the right user interface configuration for your project.
