I am delighted to confirm that on the 1st January the entire share capital of Access Fire and Security Limited (AFS) has been acquired by Belgravium Technologies PLC a market leader in enterprise mobile computing solutions with a Global base of over 500,000 installations. Helping companies capture, move, and manage critical information “when they need to know”, providing businesses the means to access real-time information anytime and anywhere.

Having acquired Access Fire and Security Limited (AFS) we have now merged the company into Feedback Data Limited. AFS is a long-term customer and partner of Feedback who have been supplying security and attendance monitoring technologies solutions for over 35 years. By merging the two companies, AFS will have the support and resources to continue delivering on its Best-in-Class access control, fire and security solutions that will complement Feedback's existing software and hardware products and expand the range of solutions offered.

AFS will remain based at its premises in Henley Upon Arden with the existing management team and current staff remaining with the business. Please be assured that your relationship with Feedback and/or AFS is not changing as a result of this merger and acquisition. I am also delighted to confirm that Martyn Rollins, the previous owner of AFS will be remaining with the company for the foreseeable future in a business development and sales role.

AFS will continue to provide a high level of service to its customers, and with Feedback's financial resources, will be in a position to strengthen the long-term security for both it’s customers and staff. These are exciting times for both companies and I am delighted that we were able to complete the acquisition in such a short time.
