The PC898-001 barcode slot reader is ideal for reading barcode ID badges. With a variable scanning speed of up to one meter per second, this reader offers exceptional first read rates.

The use of an infra-red light source makes it suitable for scanning obscured barcodes.

The reader is packaged in a weatherproof, rugged, metallic housing and is suitable for use in harsh environments, indoors or out.

Each reader is supplied with 1.5m of cable and has a red and green LED.
